What is the rental minimum?

Rentals must be secured for a minimum of 3 hours to ensure you have ample time to enjoy your experience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay, cash, and checks (must be received at least 1 week prior to your reservation).

When do rentals start?

Your rental time begins as soon as we arrive at your pick-up location. If your trip exceeds the pre-arranged rental time, additional charges will apply in 15-minute increments.

Can people from outside see inside the party bus?

No, our party bus windows are equipped with a 5% tint for your privacy.

I need transportation for a multi-day trip. Can you help me?

Absolutely! Please call or email us with the details of your trip so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Can I use the party bus or Sprinter for a shuttle?

Yes! Our versatile vehicles are perfect for shuttle services.

Do the buses have air conditioning?

Yes! Each of our buses have air-conditioning. However, it is important to note that in extreme heat conditions (temperatures of 85 degrees Fahrenheit or more, especially with humidity and heat indexes in the Charlotte area), it can be challenging for any AC system to maintain a significantly cooler temperature inside the bus.

Are food and drinks provided?

CLT Tours provides cold bottled water for your convenience. Additional beverages can be arranged for a fee, but no food is provided.

Is smoking allowed on the party bus?

No, smoking of any kind, including cigarettes and e-cigarettes, is prohibited on the bus. Hookahs are also not permitted.

Can I play my own music on the party bus or Sprinter?

Yes! All our vehicles are equipped with Bluetooth Audio so you can enjoy your own music.

Can I watch TV on the party bus?

Yes! Our party buses come with Wi-Fi and access to DirecTV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Prime Video, and YouTube Premium for your entertainment.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Deposits are refundable when reservations are canceled one week prior to the rental date. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
